RMCS offers a Diversity Assessment Service, which pairs local businesses, non-profit organizations or groups with an RMCS Diversity Facilitator.  Our Diversity Facilitators work with you to review your organization’s human resources and operations policies, and conduct staff surveys.  We celebrate your organization’s successes, and work together on areas that could be improved.  Diversity Assessments can be tailored to any organization’s needs or budget.
