Meet the Trainers

Mark Pawson
Director, Richmond in 3D The Legacy Project
Mark has been involved in the recruiting, training and promoting of the R in 3D Playback Theatre Youth troupe, and the administration and promotion of the R in3D project. He brings to his position fifteen years of experience as a professional speaker and coach, as well as a film, TV and theatre actor.

Ana Carrizales
Marketing and Communications Coordinator
She is a facilitator, actress and filmmaker with a background in psychology. She has been a passionate storyteller since her days at Miami Dade College where she won NBC Universal Screenwriting Scholarship and graduated with honors. As a facilatator and communication coordinator, Ana has written and delivered programs for non-profit organizations working on diversity issues. Currently she is developing a documentary to chronicle the journey of the R in 3D youth troupe.

Jeff “Jesai” Burnett
Lead Trainer, R in 3D
Jeff “Jesai” Burnett – the Youth troupe lead trainer – is a director, actor, writer and teacher. He has worked in Europe, Australia, Canada and the US and has taught at Yale  University’s Theatre Studies and Simon Fraser’s School for the Contemporary Arts. Jesai has also appeared in TV shows and has toured a solo version of Shakespeare’s Macbeth.
