BIPOC Inclusion and Capacity Building Anti-Racism Series
RMCS is running a one-year anti-racism project from March 2024 – March 2025. We are creating a coordinated and linked series of dialogue activities with a common theme of creating intercultural connections, tackling racism, and exploring experiences in Richmond. We aim to foster dialogue and understanding around the shared and divergent experiences of racism and social exclusion in public and community life. We also identify practical actions to address social exclusion and tackle racism. Through these dialogues, and building on our work that has developed our Richmond Community Protocol, we will develop a Richmond Anti-Racism Plan.
Join us for our upcoming free public dialogues. Share your personal stories, brainstorm community solutions, and engage with community leaders and members in our upcoming dialogues. Find details below of past and upcoming dialogues.
